By accessing or using Silquick, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
Silquick is a SaaS platform operated by Orvaga ("we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship registered in India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Silquick website and services.
2. Nature of Service
Silquick provides software tools for project delivery, contract management, and workflow structuring.
Silquick is not a party to any agreement between Freelancers and Clients. We provide the technical infrastructure to create contracts and track work, but the legal relationship, obligations, and disputes regarding the work itself remain solely between the Freelancer and the Client.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Maintain the security of your password and access links.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Silquick.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
- Upload content that is infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform's integrity.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
5. Payments & Invoicing
Silquick may generate invoices based on data provided by users. However, the actual processing of payments is handled by third-party payment providers. Silquick does not hold client funds in escrow and is not responsible for tax compliance related to freelance income.
6. Intellectual Property
Our IP: Orvaga retains all rights, title, and interest in the Silquick platform, including its code, design, and trademarks.
Your IP: You retain ownership of the content, contracts, and project files you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Silquick immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
